If we all trust each other, if I trust my clients, and if my clients trust me, everything flows better - service, quality, and performance. Additionally, I believe that trust is built through two channels - character and competency. I strive to build trust through both channels, but character is paramount.
Professionally, I do not continue to do something just because it’s “always been done that way”. Things change because people, businesses, and technology changes. I am always looking for ways to improve my service and quality.
The fact is, short-term gains never justify long-term sacrifice.
This is not a 'flash in the pan' company. I am on a mission and to achieve it, I need a significant foothold that can only be developed by consistently investing in the future.
My goal is to super-serve every client. So many firms make this claim but fail to deliver. In a “thank-you economy”, I believe this is the best way to create lasting, meaningful relationships with my clients.
Momentum is created through passion. I believe passion, along with focused intensity, creates momentum. Best practices are a baseline. Focused intensity is not an accident. Without focus and momentum, pressures would distract me from my priorities.
I have a natural sense of curiosity that drives continual learning. I also have a sense of sharing that drives my desire to teach. To provide the best service to my clients, I must always be learning and always be teaching those with whom I work. Neither is possible without the other.
