As a company of one, I have limited capacity. I’m not growing an agency – I'm just super-serving a select roster of businesses. As such, I carve out capacity for those with whom I have a signed agreement, first-come, first-served.

I operate through a traditional retainer model, with fees determined by the size and complexity of the work. When we work together, we agree on a scope of work for each month at a predictable rate. No surprise invoices or unpredictable costs! Plus, as an independent consultant, my overhead is virtually nonexistent, which means reasonable rates for you.

Paid media engagements last 12 months. For first-time customers, I offer a 6-month engagement to assess the partnership. Customers can end a partnership at any time by paying a small fee.

There isn't a channel I feel uncomfortable managing. Most of my clients have a paid ad foundation with Meta and Google, and are actively expanding to other channels including AdRoll, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, Hulu TV, and Pinterest.

I communicate timely and clearly, with a preference for asynchronous communication. In addition to our regular reporting calls, we communicate consistently through email and often share a Slack channel, too. While I won’t be in your office, it should feel like I’m just down the hall.
