  • As a company of one, I have limited capacity. I’m not growing an agency – I'm just super-serving a select roster of businesses. As such, I carve out capacity for those with whom I have a signed agreement, first-come, first-served.

  • I operate through a traditional retainer model, with fees determined by the size and complexity of the work. When we work together, we agree on a scope of work for each month at a predictable rate. No surprise invoices or unpredictable costs! Plus, as an independent consultant, my overhead is virtually nonexistent, which means reasonable rates for you.

  • Paid media engagements last 12 months. For first-time customers, I offer a 6-month engagement to assess the partnership. Customers can end a partnership at any time by paying a small fee.

  • There isn't a channel I feel uncomfortable managing. Most of my clients have a paid ad foundation with Meta and Google, and are actively expanding to other channels including AdRoll, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, Hulu TV, and Pinterest.

  • I communicate timely and clearly, with a preference for asynchronous communication. In addition to our regular reporting calls, we communicate consistently through email and often share a Slack channel, too. While I won’t be in your office, it should feel like I’m just down the hall.

  • I’m hands-on with the accounts I manage every single day. You can also expect frequent communication in Slack or via email, as well as monthly dedicated reporting calls (bi-weekly where needed, like in busy seasons, transitions, etc).
